Question of the Week # 7: How do you unwind?

Q: How do you unwind?

I like this one! (Also, I like unwinding.)

Ironically enough, sometimes unwinding in my world includes dancing.  Some of the best choreography often comes to light when dancing for fun. Playing music and doing pirouettes in the kitchen or leaping down the hallway are excellent ways to unwind in my book.

And speaking of books, I tend to do A LOT of reading. (Not a surprise, admittedly) Or do crafting projects which I call "art therapy."

Friends, what do you do to unwind?
